JIKO Orphanage is a home for the abandoned and less privileged in society. Unicon Western Holdings on the 12th of August, 2015 presented food items worth thousands of Ghana cedis to the home.
JIKO ORPHANGE is at Aboadze is a suburb in the Western Region of Ghana where the orphan home is located. The Unicon staff was led by the Human Resource Manager Miss Christina Nana Aba Blay and Accompanied by Derek Camfield Smith (Stena drillmax) to do the presentation.
Unicon Western Holdings appreciated the hard work by the care takers (management) of the home. Mrs. Bangura, the wife of the founder gave us a brief history, the current situation of the home on some of the challenges existing. The Group pledged it support and gave words of encouragement and counseling to the care takers.
